Enforcement of the Law

Breaking the law without consequences reveals the law is broken and worthless; therefore, justice cannot be served.   Both reverence for the law and respect for the law to establish justice, which protects rights and maintains freedom, are accomplished through the uncompromised enforcement of the law.

Destruction of the law through corruption of the law occurs when there is a double standard in the enforcement of the law. The exposure of lawlessness without penalization of the lawless guarantees encouragement of lawlessness. The corruption of the law by many in authority is clearly visible in the violation of the law without penalty to many elected and appointed officials. They have been elected and appointed to guarantee the upholding of the law by citizens who are required to abide by the law to fulfill the integrity of the law, and yet it is purposely violated by these same corrupt law-breaking officials.

When the law, which was written to protect the rights of all, is only enforced to protect the corruption of some, it has become a weapon of the unjust to remove the rights of the just.

Enforcement of Law – Part 2

In a Republic, when the law is not enforced for all, freedom is divorced from the people by the corruption of unlawfully elected and appointed officials. Then evil is encouraged to be active because justice has become passive. Justice is passive when evil is clearly evident but not exposed, or exposed but not penalized.

There are three major reasons why our laws are not enforced and our justice system is failing.

  1. The law cannot be fulfilled without the demand for its fulfillment by the citizens in a Christian Constitutional Republic.
  2. The demand of the citizens cannot occur without knowledge of their responsibilities in a Christian Constitutional Republic.
  3. The knowledge required for Christian citizens to fulfill their Christian civic responsibilities cannot occur when most of the pulpits in our Christian Constitutional Republic are silent concerning our Christian Constitutional civic responsibilities.

A Complacent church and a Christian Constitutional Republic cannot coexist; both will eventually die due to unknown and therefore unfulfilled responsibility. In a Christian Constitutional Republic where Christians do not fulfill their Christian civic responsibilities (electing principled public servants) to maintain the integrity of that Republic, their civic rights, which include their Christian rights, will be removed, and their Christian Constitutional Republic will be destroyed. If we, the people, do not fulfill our Christian civic responsibilities to maintain our Christian Constitutional Republic, we only have ourselves to blame.

Carl Marx, Father of Marxism and author of the Communist Manifesto, is known to have made this statement:

Take away the heritage (His-story) of a nation, and they are easily persuaded.

Persuaded to believe any lie they are told, for without knowledge of their history, they are desensitized and therefore easily deceived. They will willingly forfeit their rights without resistance. He also said my goal in life is to dethrone God and destroy Capitalism.
