The Value of Accurate History
History is only truly history when it is actually and factually recorded. This means it is recorded the way it actually happened and is then taught the way it was factually recorded. When history is taught contrary to the way it happened, without actual facts, it is no longer history. It becomes a random or revised history with false facts, creating confused minds without direction. This has been happening in our corrupt, progressive, government-run, dysfunctional education system for almost a century. When the truth of our history is falsely taught, then the value of our history is deleted because its wisdom has been discarded, causing the people of our nation to lose their direction. Without knowing what is correct, they are open to deception, willingly forfeiting their protection.
How is a nation’s responsibility disarmed and replaced with irresponsibility? By deleting its ability to respond through the destruction of its actual and factual history. When this happens, a nation’s rights are in jeopardy because its rights and the ability of the people to protect those rights are unknown.
Benjamin Franklin, one of our great founding fathers, made this profound statement:
“A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know & prize the rights that God has given them cannot be enslaved, it’s in the region of ignorance that tyranny (unlawful rule) begins.”
This statement makes it clear that if we do not know our rights, we cannot prize our rights, and if we do not prize our rights, we will not protect them, and if we do not protect them, we will lose them, resulting in tyranny (unlawful rule).
Part 2
The first two rights that those who want to destroy our Christian Constitutional Republic went after are no surprise. They are the first two amendments that our founding fathers enacted. This reveals how important our founders believed they were.
The first right was the First Amendment, which clearly states that Congress is to stay out of church business, along with the right to free speech and the right of the people to assemble peacefully and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The reason the Founding Fathers restricted the government from interfering with the church was that the church is the conscience of the nation. Our founders knew that an accurately knowledgeable church, as God’s agent, would instruct the people in their Christian civic responsibility to maintain the government as the servant of the people to enforce the original intent of the Constitution to protect the rights of the people.
This is why those who oppose our Constitution and our free enterprise system have been so persistent in separating the church from the state. They knew that the removal of the church (the conscience of the nation) would enable them to destroy the integrity of our nation with little or no resistance.
Part 3
The second right the liberal contingent of the government has been working feverishly to eliminate is the Second Amendment of the Constitution, which provides the right to bear arms. The right of the people to arm themselves for their personal protection.
The importance of this right was made very clear when King George III tried to illegally impose his authority on the colonists. But since they were armed and very capable marksman, as many of them hunted regularly to provide food for their families, they became a surprising foe which the British underestimated. Their determined effort and sacrifice, along with the many miracles God performed, eventually defeated what was then the greatest fighting force in the world. Our government today is acting much like King George III did then, by attempting to revise and remove the rights of the people.
That is why the Second Amendment, which is the right to bear arms to protect the rights of the people against a tyrannical (unlawful) uprising of the government, was enacted by our founding fathers.
It is vital for the citizens of America to protect the integrity of the First & second amendments. Our freedom hangs in the balance.
